Our Story: From Inspiration to Innovation

Unbaggaged was founded by Janani Prabhakaran, a passionate entrepreneur and First-Class Honours graduate in Entrepreneurship from the University of Strathclyde. While travelling, Janani often encountered the inconvenience of managing luggage between check-out and flights or check-in at accommodation.

Determined to solve this problem, she created Unbaggaged, a service designed to meet the needs of modern travellers. From a simple concept, Unbaggaged has grown into a company trusted by thousands of customers across the UK, with a reputation for reliability and innovation.
